C&P Wins Double Classic Prizes of the 12th National Human Settlement

On Oct. 28th, 2012, at the awarding meeting of the 12th national competition of planning designs for human-settlement classic building, Guan Ye Mansion( a five-star hotel) and Lin Fen Jin Yu Palace(a residential project) were evaluated by experts and awarded the Architecture Golden Prize and the Planning Architecture Golden Prize respectively. 

C&P has won the national classic golden prizes for human settlement with excellent projects in three consecutive years. The prizes of this year again prove that the design capability and project-management capability of C&P have been generally approved by experts and are praised in its industry. It also reflects C&P’s unique understanding towards architecture design.  C&P are creative and forward looking. These prizes are also a big encouragement for architects in C&P.

As C&P develops continually, C&P will pay more attention to better exploit the essence of architecture design. It will apply new material and concept flexibly according to market features and the development trend of commercial building, hotel, industry park, medical and residential building to produce classic designs that are more beautiful, practical and energy-saving.
