C&P Design Dongshenghuating Residential District Project Obtained the Third Prize in 2018 Haihe Cup

Dongshenghuating Residential District Project designed by C&P Tianjin Company, has obtained the Third Prize in 2018 Tianjin Haihe Cup Contest for Residential Engineering and Designing.

Dongshenghuating Residential District Project, completed in 2016, is located in Linfen City, Shanxi Province. The project, covering an area of over 1.3 million square meters, aims to build a top-grade living place along the Fenhe River. Its designing idea originates from the cultural essence of Shanxi Courtyard as upright, primitive simplicity, and nature conforming. The buildings in the district adopt Art Deco style. Viewed as a whole, this neoclassical residential area looks magnificent and elegant. 

Tianjin Haihe Cup Contest is an annual event organized and implemented by Tianjin Engineering and Consulting Association. The honour is not only the highest prize but also the only excellence prize in the city’s architectural design industry.
