Features:This is a key poverty-alleviation project concerning local people’s livelihood in the year 2017. Also, it is a major project that the provincial government supervises and handles. Its first period includes 27 residential buildings, the investment of which totals 370 million yuan. The project involves 5,974 people from 2,566 households of 15 townships. It is the largest relocation project for poverty-alleviation in Zhangbei County during the 13th Five-Year Plan.

It takes city development as a great opportunity, follows people-oriented philosophy, features on local culture and make full use of the landscape of green parks. This residential estate is designed to be an experience-typed garden with multiple functions of culture, resting, housing and working. Its planning framework can be summarized as one center, two axes, three districts and four belts. Specifically, one center refers to the core of the project, a green square; two axes include central landscape axis and ecological development axis; three districts represent the business & service district, education & sports district, and ecological living district; four belts mean the four landscape belts of city sceneries.
