Features:The conceptual planning of the targeted land follows the principles of humanity, nature, cost-efficiency, culture, integration, science and safety. The overall layout forms a sequence which aims to return the way of layout to its original manner, natural and full of human care. Instead of simply dividing the place into several geometric-shaped parts, the current plan designs a central square space with rich variations in shape. In this way, it tries to create such as context where the seemingly false and the seemingly true coexist. In terms of the building itself, its external appearance is uncomplicated, the lines look lively, and the colours are light and elegant. The combination of reflection glass curtainwalls and aluminum sheets shows makings of steadiness and magnanimity through simplicity. Furthermore, thanks to definite changes of light shades, the building no longer appears monotonous. To sum up, the way of layout is economic, applicable and able to satisfy the demands of different commercial tenants.
