Features:An elevated platform and sunk roads are fully used so that a complete oval-shaped central square is formed by recombining several small corner parts together which are originally segmented by crossing roads. In the outer space, consulate, the People’s Bank of China, supermarkets of tourist centers, Banlam Grand Theater, international conference center and five-star hotels are all gathered. An integration of multiple functions as politics, economy, culture and business are thus achieved.
Coastal commercial buildings are alternately connected by set-back models, ramps and stairs. High platforms and low platforms in picturesque disorder enlarges the space for tourists to appreciate the sea view. Meanwhile, such design can help attract the tourists at the square entrances into the commercial area.
