C&P Tianjin Company Won the Bid: 2017 Zhangbei County EPC Project

Recently, C&P Tianjin Company won the bid for 2017 Zhangbei County EPC Project. This project aims to alleviate local poverty by relocating one million residents to newly-built houses.  

2017 Zhangbei County EPC Project is located in the south of Zhangbei County, Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province. Around 358 million RMB is expected to be invested there. The planned gross housing area is 149,350 square meters. 5,974 local residents will be relocated, covering 2,566 households, 15 villages. Shenzhen Tagen Group Corporation Ltd., The First Construction Engineering Company Ltd. of China Construction Second Engineering Bureau and Tianjin C&P Architecture Design Company Ltd. formed the consortium and finally won the bid by 342 million RMB.
Zhangbei bid winning can be regarded as a result of C&P actively responding to the national call of vigorously promoting EPC project and accelerating the transformation and upgrading of engineering and consulting enterprises. C&P will take the success as an opportunity to deliver extraordinary performance in EPC projects. We will devote greater efforts to doing EPC supporting policy research, reinforcing talent team construction and exploring optimal ways of project management.
